Is it true that pinched nerves can trigger back pain? This is the explanation

Spinal pain disorders are often considered trivial, even though pain in the spinal area can cause more serious diseases and interfere with daily activities.

To note, generally back pain can occur in the neck, back and waist area.

Back pain due to pinched nerves

What people often experience or experience is back pain caused by pinched nerves (HNP). This HNP is a disorder that occurs due to the protrusion of the core of the pads in the inter-vertebral disc which supports the spine. Where the soft pads between the vertebrae will experience pressure and break, resulting in narrowing and pinching of the nerves that run through the spine.

This is what makes the nerves depressed and causes pain, tingling and weakness in the limbs, which can be in the back, waist, arms or legs. To note, the bearing (nucleus pulponus) is in the disc and is covered by a ring of tissue fibers called the annulus fibrosus. The bearing itself functions as a vibration damper and will allow the spine to move flexibly, such as turning, bending, looking up and so on. Within the spine too, there is a channel that contains the spinal cord, which is the nervous system that connects the brain with the organs below. This spinal cord is located behind the disc.

Meanwhile, if the clamping occurs in the coccyx, it will feel pain like a muscle pulling in the thigh or calf, tingling and even paralysis of the motor system.
